Speech in Noise (4 of 4)

Watching a talker's face can help when listening in noisy settings. Many of the hard-to-hear sounds are easy to see. In the video clip, it is easy to see the difference between speech sounds "f," "th," and "s" as each have unique patterns on the face. Watching the talker while listening makes speech clearer and easier to understand.
